Role Description The Solution Architect will design, validate, and oversee end-to-end SAP-based solutions that address client business needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include engaging with stakeholders to understand requirements, creating solution blueprints, and guiding the configuration and integration of SAP modules and related systems. The role involves collaborating with consultants, developers, and project managers, reviewing technical designs, and ensuring solutions meet performance, security, and scalability standards. The Solution Architect will also support project delivery through documentation, risk assessment, and technical guidance, while staying current with SAP best practices and emerging technologies. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in SAP solution architecture, including designing and integrating SAP modules to meet business requirements.
- Proficiency in translating business processes into technical designs, with the ability to create solution blueprints and technical documentation.
- Background in system integration, data migration, and performance optimization across complex enterprise environments.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, facilitate technical discussions, and provide clear guidance to consultants and developers.
- Knowledge of enterprise IT architecture principles, security standards, and industry best practices relevant to SAP implementations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; advanced certifications in SAP or solution architecture are an advantage.
- Experience in client-facing roles, with strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Comfort working on-site in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and priorities in Bengaluru South.
