About the position
Lead RISE’s performance marketing across paid channels, including Meta, Google, and LinkedIn, with full ownership of tracking, attribution, and optimization. Focus on driving high-quality student and parent acquisition while improving CAC, conversion rates, and overall funnel efficiency.
Location - Bangalore

Responsibilities
- Own paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn.
- Manage end-to-end tracking (Meta CAPI, GA4, GTM, Google Enhanced Conversions, UTMs).
- Spearhead HubSpot CRM, lead attribution, and marketing automation.
- Analyse campaign performance and optimize CAC, CPL, and ROAS.
- Brief and iterate ad creatives with the marketing team.
- Build dashboards and report performance metrics.
You’re the ideal candidate if you have
- 4+ years of performance marketing experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, GA4, GTM, and HubSpot.
- Experience implementing Meta CAPI and Google Enhanced Conversions.
- Strong analytical skills and ownership mindset.
- Startup or EdTech experience is preferred.
