We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Associate to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads, communicating with prospects, and supporting business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and identify new business opportunities.
Contact potential clients through calls, emails, and other channels.
Understand client requirements and explain company products/services.
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective clients.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.
Maintain records of leads and client interactions.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client handling.
Requirements
