NearMed is looking for a dynamic Business Development Associate to hit the ground running, expand our network, and build strong partnerships. 🎯 What You Will Do
Onboard Partners: Travel within your designated territory to pitch and successfully onboard local pharmacies and medical stores into the NearMed network.
Build Sales Channels: Identify new opportunities in the market, strategize, and develop a robust sales pipeline from the ground up.
Relationship Management: Act as the face of NearMed in the field, building and maintaining strong, face-to-face relationships with our pharmacy partners.
Market Expansion: Drive growth by consistently hitting onboarding targets and expanding our hyperlocal footprint.
💡 Who We Are Looking For
Job Type: This is a 100% Field Sales role. You must be comfortable traveling locally and spending most of your day out in the market meeting potential partners.
Experience: Freshers are absolutely welcome and encouraged to apply! We value drive, energy, and potential over years of experience.
Startup Mindset: You are adaptable, resilient, and comfortable navigating the exciting, fast-paced environment of a growing startup.
Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. A two-wheeler and a valid driving license are highly recommended.
