About_the_Role
We’re looking for a Business Development Associate who is passionate about communication, sales, and helping learners make the right career decisions.
You’ll be responsible for identifying and qualifying leads, understanding learner needs, nurturing prospects, and contributing to business growth initiatives.
Key_Responsibilities
• Counsel and engage prospective students to understand their learning and career goals
• Identify, qualify, and nurture leads through calls and other outreach channels
• Conduct market research to understand learner needs and market trends
• Maintain accurate lead and prospect information in the CRM
• Track follow-ups, conversions, and key performance metrics
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and other internal teams to drive growth
• Contribute to initiatives that expand CodeWithHarry’s reach and learner impact
What We’re_Looking_For
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Good presentation and interpersonal skills
• Understanding of lead generation, sales funnels, and outreach
• Ability to research, analyze data, and identify market opportunities
• Strong relationship-building and follow-up skills
• Comfortable working with CRM and productivity tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Prior experience in EdTech, sales, counselling, or business development is a plus
• A target-oriented, analytical, and growth-focused mindset
