Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Finance and Accounting, including understanding of financial reporting principles and budgeting.
- Ability to prepare, interpret, and analyze Financial Statements and related reports.
- Well-developed Analytical Skills for problem-solving, variance analysis, and data-driven decision support.
- Effective Communication skills for collaborating with internal stakeholders and presenting financial information clearly.
- Proficiency with accounting software and MS Excel; experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
