Role Description This full-time Site Supervisor role is based in New Delhi with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing work activities such as documentation,coordination with project Engineer,Labours and Marketing etc.The Site Supervisor oversees daily site operations, including supervising interior work, monitoring progress against project plans, and ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards. Responsibilities include coordinating with clients, contractors, and vendors; resolving on-site issues; and ensuring materials, tools, and labor are available when needed. The role involves maintaining site reports, tracking timelines and costs, and regularly updating project managers and management. The Site Supervisor also supports training of site staff on processes and safety, and ensures smooth handover of completed work.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills, including clear reporting, coordination with clients, and collaboration with on-site teams.
- Customer Service skills to manage client expectations, respond to concerns, and support a positive project experience.
- Research skills to understand materials, finishes, and construction methods, and to support practical, cost-effective solutions.
- Project Management skills to plan site activities, manage timelines, allocate resources, and monitor progress.
- Training skills to guide site staff, support skill development, and reinforce safety and quality procedures.
- Experience in interior projects, construction, or site supervision, with knowledge of basic civil and interior works.
- Ability to interpret drawings, BOQs, and specifications, and to coordinate with designers and engineers.
- Proficiency in basic computer tools (e.g., MS Office) for reporting and documentation; familiarity with project management tools is an advantage.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.
- Willingness to travel to different project sites within New Delhi and work flexible hours when project schedules require.
