Role Description The Associate Strategy & Partnership role is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi. This role involves supporting strategic initiatives by conducting market and competitor research, analyzing data, and identifying opportunities for new partnerships and collaborations. The Associate will assist in developing proposal decks, creating presentations, and preparing reports for internal and external stakeholders. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with cross-functional teams, maintaining partner relationships, tracking performance metrics, and helping implement partnership strategies aligned with MeduLance’s mission and growth objectives.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills for data interpretation, problem-solving, and strategic decision support.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Presentations skills for stakeholder interactions, negotiations, and proposal development.
- Candidates should possess Consulting experience or capabilities to support strategic planning, stakeholder management, and partnership design.
- Candidates should possess Market Research skills to assess trends, identify opportunities, and support business expansion initiatives.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in business, economics, healthcare management, or a related field.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in healthcare, emergency services, or technology-enabled services is an advantage.
- Proficiency with MS Office tools and basic data analysis or reporting tools is preferred.
