Software Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer
At CareerXperts Workforce Solutions, we’re looking for a detail-oriented and passionate Software Quality Assurance Engineer to join one of our reputed technology clients.
🎓 Qualification: B.E / B.Tech / M.Tech / MCA in Computer Science or related fiel
dKey Responsibilities
- :Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases to ensure software quality
- .Identify, record, and track bugs through to resolution
- .Collaborate with developers and product teams to clarify requirements and enhance test coverage
- .Participate in sprint planning and provide feedback on product design from a QA perspective
- .Ensure all deliverables meet functional, performance, and security standards
.Required Skills
- :Strong understanding of software testing life cycle (STLC) and defect management
- .Hands-on experience with manual testing and at least one automation tool (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or TestNG)
- .Knowledge of API testing using tools like Postman or REST Assured
- .Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and bug tracking tools (JIRA, Bugzilla, etc.)
- .Basic knowledge of SQL for database validation

- :Experience testing web and mobile applications
- .Exposure to Agile / Scrum methodologies
