- Minimum of 8 years relevant experience as a QA Automation Engineer
- Experience in building complex test automation frameworks from scratch using JavaScript and TypeScript
- Working in an Agile team, you will be responsible for inputting the design and build of automated tests to ensure adequate and effective test coverage
- Provide test assurance of the user stories according to the defined acceptance test criteria; whilst working in a test-first environment.
- Work closely with Software Engineers to deliver the test activities to meet the requirements • Participate in estimation activities and are encouraged to identify opportunities to maximise test benefits within the team.
- Participate in team retrospectives and planning sessions to ensure test best practices, continual improvements and appropriate standards are adhered to.
- Experience in Cucumber/BDD is required.
- Expertise in delivering automated test frameworks in a test-first CI/CD environment using various tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab, and Azure DevOps
- Knowledge of agile methodologies and best practices.
- A collaborative and influential mindset with an ability to communicate at all levels. • Working with Git repositories and workflows
- Proactively collaborate with the Front-end development team, understand the design of the Front-end and discuss issues with the developers to better understand requirements and expectations
- Experience working with WebDriverIO for Mobile, Web, and API testing
- Exposure to CLI scripting languages – Bash and Shell scripting for Windows and macOS
- Mobile Web/App testing experience (local and on cloud)
- Cross-browser / Web UI testing experience (local and on cloud)
- API, Contract Testing experience
- Implement Xray integration with Jira and the test automation framework
- Experience in configuring mobile/web tests, to run on the cloud
- Ability to work as a consultant as part of a team or on their own

- Ability to lead projects
- Experience in Load and Performance Testing for API and Web GUI using k6
- Advanced DevOps / Continuous Testing knowledge
- Experience of integrating Ax for Accessibility testing with WebDriverIO •
- Knowledge and experience of working with HeadSpin.
- Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Java, Selenium, and WebdriverIO. Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, and product managers to understand requirements and define test strategies.
- Execute automated test suites and analyze test results to identify defects and performance issues. Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing.
- Debug and troubleshoot test failures, working closely with developers to resolve issues. Develop and maintain test documentation, including test plans and test cases. Ensure the scalability, reliability, and maintainability of automated test frameworks.
