Role Description The Co-Founder role is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. This role involves leading business development efforts, building and maintaining key client relationships, and driving sales and marketing activities to expand the company’s presence in the institutional hygiene sector. The Co-Founder will oversee daily operations, including coordinating with suppliers, monitoring inventory, and ensuring timely and accurate delivery of hygiene products and solutions. Responsibilities also include conducting market research, analyzing performance data, and contributing to strategic planning, pricing, and product positioning. The Co-Founder will work closely with other stakeholders to develop processes, build the team, and create a sustainable, scalable business model.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and Research abilities to assess market trends, customer needs, and business performance.
- Effective Communication skills to engage with clients, partners, and internal teams, and to present proposals clearly.
- Proven Sales experience in B2B or institutional environments, with the ability to identify opportunities and close deals.
- Marketing skills to develop and execute strategies that build brand awareness and support customer acquisition and retention.
- Prior experience in hygiene, facilities management, FMCG, or related industries is beneficial.
- Demonstrated leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving capabilities in a startup or growth-focused setting.
- Comfort working on-site in Mumbai and collaborating closely with suppliers, clients, and operational staff.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field; advanced qualifications are an advantage.
