Who We're Looking For: You are a senior full stack engineer with 6+ years of experience who is genuinely strong on fundamentals, not just frameworks. You have shipped and owned production systems, and you can hold yourself in a room full of client stakeholders without an account manager translating for you.
What You'll Do:
- Build: Own backend services across our agentic document engine — retrieval pipelines, agent workflows, template systems and the integrations that connect them to client tooling.
- Engage: Join client meetings with the founder. Understand their document workflows first-hand, ask the right technical questions and shape what we commit to.
- Deploy: Take implementations from scoping through to a secure go-live inside the client's own cloud, and stay accountable for how they perform afterwards.
- Set the bar: You are among the first senior engineers here. The standards, the architecture decisions and the people who join after you will all carry your influence.
Compensation: Monthly compensation plus 10% fee of the contract value. You earn only after the client goes live.
