About The Role
GEP is building its partner enablement function from the ground up, and this role sits at the centre of making it work. As Partner Operations Analyst, you will be the operational backbone of the partner ecosystem, keeping systems running, content current, communications sharp, and data meaningful. You will work closely with the Head of Partner Enablement and the broader alliances team to ensure that GEP's partners have everything they need to onboard quickly, stay informed, and deliver with confidence. You will also ensure the team has data to track and report on progress to exec leadership.
This is a high-visibility, high-impact role for someone who is organised, proactive, and comfortable working across multiple tools and stakeholders simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
Data & CRM Management:
- Maintain accurate records, tracking, and reporting in tools like Salesforce or PRM platforms.
- Manage contact tracker and support partner communications
Systems Administration & Partner Portal
- Serve as system administrator for the GEP Partner Portal - managing user accounts, permissions, content structure, and platform configuration
- Support maintenance of portal content library, ensuring resources are current, well-organised, and easy to find
- Support HubSpot dashboarding and reporting requirements
- Support HubSpot reporting and Partner Portal updates for partner pipeline activity, opportunity tracking, and engagement metrics
Partner Enablement Support
- Support the maintenance of partner learning journeys and certification programmes
- Support the coordination of logistics for classroom training sessions, including scheduling, attendee management, and materials preparation
Process Improvement
- Identify gaps and support designing of new processes
- Support drafting of SOPs for newly designed processes
Reporting & Analytics
- Build and maintain partner enablement dashboards tracking training completion, certification rates, webinar attendance, and content engagement
- Support HubSpot reporting for partner pipeline activity, opportunity tracking, and engagement metrics
- Prepare regular reports for internal stakeholders and leadership on partner enablement performance
- Identify trends and surface insights that help the team make better decisions on enablement investments
What We're Looking For
Experience & Skills
- 3–5 years of experience in a partner operations, sales operations, marketing operations, or similar role
- Hands-on experience with CRM or partner relationship management platforms; HubSpot experience strongly preferred
- Experience with using AI to increase efficiency and automate processes
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools including SharePoint, Teams, and Excel; experience with admin-level configuration is a plus
- Strong written communication skills - able to draft clear, professional content
- Comfortable working with data: building reports, maintaining dashboards, and drawing meaningful conclusions from metrics
- Experience supporting or coordinating programmes, events, or webinars
