Finance Business Partner - Oracle ERP Financials

Overview
We are seeking an ambitious Finance Business Partner (Manager / Senior Manager) to act as the primary strategic partner (+1) to our GEO and Business Unit CFOs/Directors. Positioned at the intersection of finance, technology, and operations, you will take ownership of translating centralized financial reporting into actionable business narratives, forward-looking analysis, and strategic decision support.
This is a coaching-led, technology-driven role designed to elevate financial acumen across business leadership and maximize enterprise value creation without managing routine reporting production.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Partnering & Coaching: Provide continuous financial coaching to executive leaders, helping them apply finance perspectives, challenge assumptions, and navigate root-cause analysis independently.
- Storytelling & Decision Support: Translate complex financial data into compelling narratives and visual dashboards using single-governed data sources, ERP analytics, and GenAI/Copilot tools.
- Investment & M&A Business Cases: Lead end-to-end financial modeling and business case preparation for major investments, product initiatives, pricing strategies, and M&A; present and defend cases at Investment Boards and track post-approval ROI.
- Digital Tool Champion: Act as the "voice of the customer" to FP&A and technology teams to guide the functional design of decision-support tools and drive change management across business units.
- Performance & Risk Guidance: Monitor leading indicators to spot initiative risks, identify cost optimization opportunities, conduct budget pressure-testing, and guide cross-functional margin improvements.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, controlling, or commercial finance business partnering within a multinational, high-tech, or enterprise environment.
- Deep functional expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, P&L management, and metrics cascades.
- High digital and AI fluency—practical experience with ERP analytics (SAP, Oracle, OneStream, Fabric) and conversational familiarity with GenAI/Copilot for data storytelling.
- Proven ability to simplified complex financial data into clear business insights for senior executives and non-finance stakeholders.
- Experience operating within complex, international, multi-matrix organizational structures.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting required; MBA or professional accreditation (CIMA, ACCA, CPA) strongly preferred.
