Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site Welder/Fabricator role based in Mumbai.
The candidate will be responsible for performing welding and fabrication work on industrial equipment and components while maintaining quality and safety standards.
The role involves welding operations, material preparation, fitting and assembly work, operating fabrication tools, and collaborating with the production team to ensure timely completion of manufacturing requirements.
Key Responsibilities• Perform welding and fabrication work on mild steel (MS) and other metal components.
• Carry out welding as per job requirements.
• Read and understand basic fabrication drawings and measurements.
• Prepare materials through cutting, grinding, fitting, and finishing processes.
• Assemble, repair, and fabricate industrial structures and equipment.
• Inspect completed welds to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Operate welding machines and fabrication tools safely.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and workplace cleanliness.
• Follow company safety procedures and quality standards.
Requirements• Previous experience as a Welder/Fabricator in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Knowledge of welding processes such as ARC, MIG, or TIG welding.
• Ability to use fabrication tools like grinders, cutting machines, and measuring instruments.
• Understanding of basic fabrication drawings and measurements.
• Physically fit and comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.
• Responsible, punctual, and committed to quality work.
