We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to join the People & Culture team based in Gurgaon, Haryana, India. This role involves owning end-to-end recruitment processes for both technical and corporate positions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Independent sourcing and screening of candidates.
- Coordinating interviews and managing schedules.
- Partnering closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs.
- Managing candidate pipelines effectively.
- Collaborating with external recruiting agencies to ensure a steady flow of quality talent.
Requirements:
- 4 to 6 years of recruiting experience.
- Strong exposure to both technical and corporate hiring.
- Experience managing agency and vendor relationships.
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting tools.
Location: Gurgaon, Haryana, India (Hybrid work mode)
Salary: 12 - 14 LPA
