- Convert enquiries into qualified clients
- Handle follow-ups via calls, WhatsApp & other channels
- Support candidates with Resume, LinkedIn, Job Search, Interview & Career Guidance
- Build trust and deliver an exceptional candidate experience

You should be confident in identifying challenges such as:
📄 Resume / ATS issues | 💼 Job Search | 🔗 LinkedIn Profile | 🎤 Interviews | 🔄 Career Switch | 📈 Career Direction
Experience in Recruitment, HR, Career Consulting, Counselling, Inside Sales or Business Development is preferred.
