Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for our US and UK clients.
The role will be responsible for understanding client requirements, developing sourcing strategies, identifying qualified candidates, conducting structured screening interviews, evaluating candidate suitability and communication skills, and managing candidates through the recruitment and joining process.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in US/UK recruitment and international BPO/outsourcing environments, along with the ability to understand and recruit for a wide range of professional roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for US and UK client requirements.
- Understand Job Descriptions, role requirements, responsibilities, experience requirements and expected outcomes before initiating recruitment.
- Develop effective sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, referrals and other recruitment channels.
- Identify and engage relevant active and passive candidates.
- Conduct structured candidate screening and evaluate candidates against role-specific requirements.
- Assess functional experience, depth of responsibility, ownership, domain knowledge, relevant tools/systems and previous achievements.
- Evaluate candidates with US/UK work or client experience where required.
- Conduct communication assessments for BPO, customer-facing and international client-facing positions.
- Prepare and present qualified candidate profiles to internal stakeholders and clients.
- Coordinate interviews, feedback, offers and candidate joining.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Manage multiple recruitment requirements simultaneously while maintaining agreed turnaround times.
- Ability to work in a fast paced recruitment environment.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records, candidate pipelines and status reports.
- Analyse candidate rejection and selection feedback and continuously improve sourcing and screening quality.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring and specialized requirements.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 4+ years of relevant recruitment experience.
- Strong experience in US and/or UK recruitment.
- Experience recruiting for international clients, preferably in BPO, KPO, staffing, outsourcing or offshore services.
- Experience hiring for professional and specialized positions.
- Strong candidate interviewing and assessment skills.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Strong ability to assess communication skills for international and BPO requirements.
- Ability to understand unfamiliar roles and functional requirements quickly.
- Strong judgement in evaluating whether a candidate's experience genuinely matches the requirements of a position.
- Strong sourcing skills and experience using LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple positions and candidate pipelines independently.
- Strong follow-up, organisation and stakeholder management skills.
