🔍 End-to-end recruitment for Non-IT & BPO roles
📞 Handle volume/mass hiring
🌐 Source candidates via Job Portals, LinkedIn, Referrals & Social Media
📝 Screen, shortlist & interview candidates
🤝 Manage candidate follow-ups, negotiations & joining
📊 Maintain recruitment MIS, trackers & candidate pipeline
🎯 Ensure timely closures and minimize dropouts
✅ Requirements
🎓 3–5 years of recruitment experience
⭐ BPO Recruitment experience is mandatory
📈 Volume hiring experience preferred
🗣️ Strong communication & interpersonal skills
💪 Target-oriented and independent working ability
⚡ Immediate / 15 Days Joiners preferred
