We are seeking a hands-on Product Engineer to join an early-stage AI startup focused on building autonomous AI agents to transform global logistics. This role involves developing the core AI platform from the ground up, working with technologies such as TypeScript, Node.js, React, and large language model orchestration.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain the core AI platform and agent workflows.
- Develop enterprise integrations to support logistics operations.
- Tackle engineering challenges related to agent reliability, evaluation, retries, and long-running jobs.
- Handle complex and messy data from emails, documents, carrier systems, and transportation management platforms.
- Drive AI feature development from customer discovery through to production deployment.
Location: Initially remote, with planned relocation to Berlin within 4-6 months.
Experience: 4-8 years in relevant engineering roles.
