We are seeking a Growth Manager to join a dynamic team focused on driving loan disbursement growth through an innovative lending platform.
About the role:
- Build and scale a network of lead-sourcing partners, including LSPs, fintech companies, DSAs, and digital platforms.
- Own the lending funnel end-to-end, from lead generation to loan disbursement.
- Improve conversion rates and identify bottlenecks within the lending process.
- Negotiate and manage partnerships to enhance growth opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with customer, product, and AI teams to drive measurable growth outcomes.
Requirements:
- 3 to 8 years of experience in lending, fintech, loan distribution, or partnership management.
- Strong analytical skills combined with a hands-on, execution-oriented approach.
