Hiring for a Warehouse Operations Manager on behalf of a fast-growing, technology-driven healthcare startup that's transforming medicine delivery through a rapid, reliable, and customer-first fulfillment network. Role: Warehouse Operations Manager
📍 Location: Bengaluru (Work from Office)
💰 CTC: Up to ₹12 LPA (flexible for exceptional candidates)
We're looking for professionals with:
✔️ 5+ years of warehouse operations experience
✔️ Experience in early-stage startups such as Zepto, Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, or similar quick-commerce/e-commerce companies
✔️ Hands-on experience in setting up and scaling warehouse operations (not just managing mature facilities)
✔️ Strong people management experience, leading teams of 25–30 members across shifts
✔️ Expertise in inventory management, dispatch, process improvement, and SLA adherence
✔️ Pharma or healthcare logistics experience is an added advantage
