We're hiring a Warehouse Head at Healthy Master 🌱
Thousands of orders leave our shelves every month. None of that works unless the warehouse works. We're looking for someone to own it, end to end.
Role: Warehouse Head Location: Bengaluru Experience: 4–5 years (1–2 in a leadership role) Reports to: Operations Manager / Supply Chain Director
What you'll own
- End-to-end warehouse operations — receiving, storage, inventory control and dispatch
- Inventory accuracy, backed by disciplined stock audits and cycle counts
- SOPs, space utilisation and material flow that keep throughput high
- A team you'll lead, train, schedule and grow
- Health, safety and statutory compliance — no exceptions
- The KPIs that matter: order fulfilment, dispatch timelines, productivity, inventory accuracy
- Continuous improvement that cuts cost and lifts service levels, quarter after quarter
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration or a related field
- 4–5 years in warehouse and inventory management, including 1–2 years managing teams
- Hands-on with WMS and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)
- Experience in FMCG, food, e-commerce, retail or distribution
- Strong on Excel and reporting — stronger on people
