Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan – Work from Office
Profile -Logistics Executive / Manager – Export
Experience Required: 5–8 years, preferably in Pharmaceutical/API export logistics
Salary Range: 10-12 lpa , depending on experience, current CTC, and profile suitability
Working Days -6 days (9:30 am- 6 pm)
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling end-to-end export logistics and shipment coordination
- Preparation and verification of export documentation
- Coordination with CHA, freight forwarders, shipping lines, airlines, and other logistics partners
- Customs clearance and shipment follow-up
- Coordination for international shipments, with Russia market experience preferred
- Ensuring timely dispatch and delivery of shipments
- Managing freight quotations and logistics costs
- Ensuring compliance with applicable export and shipping requirements
- Coordination with internal commercial, procurement, and regulatory teams
Candidate Expectations:
- Strong knowledge of export documentation and international logistics
- Experience in pharmaceutical/API export operations
- Practical experience dealing with CHA and freight forwarders
- Experience in Russia/CIS shipments will be an advantage
- Strong execution, coordination, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to independently manage shipments from dispatch planning through final execution
