Role Description The Warehouse Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Amethi, responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations and supporting smooth product flow. This role includes receiving, checking, and organizing incoming stock, managing storage locations, and ensuring accurate picking, packing, and dispatch of orders. The Warehouse Executive will maintain inventory records, monitor stock levels, and coordinate with internal teams to meet delivery timelines and quality standards. The position also involves maintaining cleanliness and safety in the warehouse, supporting basic documentation, and communicating with supervisors and other departments to resolve operational issues and support customer commitments.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong warehouse management and inventory control skills to oversee stock handling and storage efficiently.
- Candidates should possess practical packing skills and attention to detail to prepare orders accurately and safely for dispatch.
- Candidates should possess effective communication and customer service skills to coordinate with teams and support order-related queries.
- Candidates should possess basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory or ERP systems to update records and generate reports.
- Relevant experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or retail distribution, preferably in the apparel sector, is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site, handle physical tasks safely, follow standard operating procedures, and adhere to health and safety guidelines.
- Minimum high school education or equivalent; vocational training in supply chain, warehousing, or logistics is an added advantage.
