Role Description The Warehouse Operator role at Faucix is a full-time, on-site position based in Gwalior. In this role, the Warehouse Operator is responsible for receiving goods, unloading materials from delivery vehicles, and verifying quantities and product conditions against documentation. Daily tasks include organizing and storing bathroom accessories and sanitaryware, picking and packing orders, preparing shipments, and ensuring accurate inventory records. The role also involves safe material handling, operating warehouse equipment as authorized, maintaining a clean and orderly work area, and following all health and safety procedures. The Warehouse Operator works closely with the warehouse and logistics team to support timely order fulfillment and smooth warehouse operations.
Qualifications
- Practical skills in unloading, material handling, and packing to manage daily warehouse activities efficiently.
- Ability to operate forklifts or similar equipment safely, with any required certifications for forklift operation.
- Strong awareness of health & safety standards, including safe lifting practices and adherence to warehouse safety protocols.
- Basic numeracy and attention to detail for counting, checking, and recording inventory and orders accurately.
- Ability to follow instructions, work in a team, and communicate clearly with supervisors and colleagues.
- Prior experience in warehouse, logistics, or industrial operations is beneficial.
- Willingness to perform physical work, including standing for extended periods and handling moderate to heavy loads.
- High school diploma or equivalent educational background is preferred.
