Role Description
The Warehouse Executive role at digiDZN is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi, India. The Warehouse Executive will oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, checking, and organizing incoming materials and products. This role involves managing inventory records, monitoring stock levels, and coordinating packing and dispatch of orders to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching inventory.
- Ensure accurate inward and outward stock entries in the inventory management system.
- Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock audits to maintain accuracy.
- Coordinate order picking, packing, and dispatch to ensure timely deliveries.
- Maintain proper documentation for GRNs, invoices, delivery challans, and stock records.
- Supervise loading and unloading activities while ensuring product safety.
- Ensure warehouse cleanliness, organization, and compliance with safety standards.
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and sales teams for smooth operations.
- Identify inventory discrepancies and resolve stock-related issues promptly.
- Monitor warehouse consumables and report replenishment requirements.
- Train and guide warehouse staff on operational procedures and best practices.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and operational reports.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong warehouse management and inventory control skills to handle stock, storage, and documentation effectively.
- Candidates should possess packing and order handling skills to prepare, label, and dispatch items accurately and efficiently.
- Candidates should possess clear communication and customer service skills to coordinate with teams, vendors, and logistics partners professionally.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory or ERP systems are beneficial.
- Prior experience in warehouse, logistics, or operations roles is preferred.
- Ability to lift moderate weights, stand for extended periods, and follow safety and compliance procedures.
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Higher secondary education or equivalent; additional vocational training in logistics or supply chain is an advantage.
