Role Description The Warehouse Assistant role at Myntra is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. In this role, the Warehouse Assistant will receive, unload, and sort incoming stock, accurately pick items for orders, and pack products according to company standards. The role involves maintaining organized storage areas, assisting with regular inventory counts, and updating inventory records as needed. The Warehouse Assistant will operate material handling equipment where required, follow safety and quality guidelines, and support loading and dispatch operations. The role also includes coordinating with team members and supervisors to resolve order or stock issues and ensure timely order processing.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Packing and handling products carefully according to standard procedures.
- Candidates should possess skills in Inventory Control and Inventory Management to maintain accurate stock records.
- Candidates should possess skills in Forklift Operation or other material handling equipment, where required and permitted.
- Candidates should possess skills in Customer Service when supporting internal teams and resolving order-related queries.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use warehouse management or scanning systems.
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and ability to follow safety and quality guidelines.
- Ability to lift, move, and stand for extended periods, and work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail operations is preferred but not mandatory.
