Role Description The (SAP S4 HANA) Warehouse Executive and Billing role is a full-time, on-site position based in Chamrajnagar. The role involves overseeing daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, packing, and dispatching goods, while maintaining accurate inventory records in SAP S4 HANA. This team member will manage billing activities, generate invoices, ensure correct pricing and tax details, and reconcile billing with stock movements. The role includes coordinating with sales, finance, and logistics teams, addressing customer and internal queries related to deliveries and billing, and supporting compliance with company policies and safety standards. The Warehouse Executive is expected to monitor stock levels, assist in periodic stock audits, and contribute to process improvements in warehouse management and documentation.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Warehouse Management and Inventory Control skills to handle stock movements, storage, and accuracy in SAP S4 HANA.
- Candidates should possess Packing and basic Customer Service skills to ensure orders are prepared correctly and delivery-related concerns are addressed professionally.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and customers, and to document processes clearly.
- Experience working with SAP S4 HANA or similar ERP systems, especially in warehouse and billing modules, is highly beneficial.
- Previous experience in FMCG, distribution, or warehousing environments is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and basic computer literacy (MS Excel, email) are required.
- Ability to work on-site in Chamrajnagar, manage physical warehouse tasks, and follow safety and quality guidelines.
- A relevant diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain, commerce, or a related field is preferred.
