Role Description This is a full-time, on-site US IT Recruiter role based in Indore. The US IT Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment for IT positions in the US market, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers for a wide range of technical roles. Daily responsibilities include partnering with hiring managers, understanding job requirements, building talent pipelines through job boards, social media, and networking, and maintaining strong candidate relationships. The role involves negotiating compensation, ensuring compliance with different engagement models (C2C, W2, 1099), and maintaining accurate recruitment records in applicant tracking systems. The recruiter will also collaborate with the team to meet hiring targets, contribute to process improvements, and support a high-quality candidate and client experience.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in US IT Recruitment, Technical Recruiting, and IT-focused Hiring for diverse technology roles.
- Hands-on experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and end-to-end Recruiting processes, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Strong sourcing skills using job portals, social media, professional networks, and internal databases, with a focus on the US market.
- Solid understanding of US staffing models and employment types (C2C, W2, 1099) and related compliance considerations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and clients.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment while maintaining quality and professionalism.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment tools, and MS Office or equivalent productivity software.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; additional certifications or training in HR, recruitment, or IT staffing are an advantage.
- Prior experience in a US IT staffing firm or similar environment is highly preferred.
