We are looking for an experienced Engineering Recruiter
(Experienced 1-5 years) | Onsite - Indore (M.P) to join our growing team

✅ Key Responsibilities:
- The ideal candidate will have a technical engineering background
- Sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Screening & shortlisting candidates as per client requirements
- Coordinating interviews and follow-ups
- Managing candidate relationships
🎯 Requirements:
- Hands-on experience in US IT recruitment and Engineering Req
- Strong communication & negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099)
- Ability to work in US time zones
