Role Overview
Our client is seeking a high-caliber, Onsite US Recruiter with 4 - 7 years of experience who brings excellent industry expertise in both IT and Automotive recruitment. This role demands a professional with strong, articulate communication skills to effectively engage, vet, and negotiate with top-tier technical and engineering talent in the US market. You will operate full-time from the office during US shift hours.
Key Responsibilitie
- sExpert Sourcing: Leverage deep IT and Automotive domain experience
- .US Compliance: Manage US work authorizations and tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099)
