Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Recruiter role based in Ahmedabad. The Recruiter will manage end-to-end hiring processes, including sourcing candidates through job boards and social media, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating further interview rounds with hiring managers. The role involves building and maintaining talent pipelines, updating applicant tracking systems, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle. The Recruiter will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to understand role requirements, draft job postings, and support workforce planning. Day-to-day responsibilities also include reporting on recruitment metrics, assisting with offer negotiations, and contributing to continuous improvement of hiring practices aligned with IBS’s quality s
tandards.
Qualifications
- Strong recruitment and talent acquisition skills, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate pipeline management.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems, job portals, and professional networking platforms for effective hiring.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging candidates, collaborating with hiring managers, and conducting interviews.
- Organizational and administrative skills to manage multiple requisitions, maintain accurate records, and meet hiring timelines.
- Understanding of basic HR practices, employment processes, and compliance considerations related to recruitment.
- Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad, adapt to a dynamic environment, and build strong relationships across teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience as a Recruiter or in HR roles, particularly in services or outsourcing environments, is an advantage.
