Qualifications
- Demonstrated skills in candidate sourcing, resume screening, and conducting structured interviews.
- Experience managing end-to-end recruitment cycles, including job postings, shortlisting, and offer coordination.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills to collaborate with hiring managers and candidates.
- Ability to maintain accurate HR records, use applicant tracking systems, and work with recruitment metrics and reports.
- Familiarity with employer branding practices and talent outreach through digital platforms and professional networks.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Prior experience recruiting for technology, healthcare, or startup environments is an advantage.
- Commitment to non-discriminatory, inclusive hiring practices and ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad.
