🚀 We're Hiring | US HR Contracts
📍 Location: Hyderabad

We are looking for an experienced US HR Contracts professional to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in US HR documentation, contract management, onboarding, and compliance. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage client interactions while ensuring all agreements align with company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Review, draft, and manage Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Amendments, and other contractual documents.
- Identify contractual risks, raise concerns, and ensure agreements comply with company policies and standards.
- Coordinate with clients through email and calls to negotiate, resolve, and finalize contract terms.
- Handle W2, C2C, and 1099 employment contracts and ensure accurate documentation.
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for US employees and consultants.
- Review and verify Form I-9 and Form W-4 documentation in compliance with US employment regulations.
- Prepare, process, and maintain NDA, NCA, Addendums, Purchase Orders (POs), and other onboarding documents.
- Maintain accurate, organized, and up-to-date employee and contract records.
- Ensure compliance with US employment laws, client requirements, and internal HR policies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and contract execution.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4–6 years of experience in US HR Operations / US HR Contracts.
- Hands-on experience in reviewing and drafting MSAs, Amendments, NDAs, NCAs, POs, and Addendums.
- Strong understanding of W2, C2C, and 1099 employment models.
- Experience with Form I-9 and Form W-4 documentation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong negotiation, documentation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and compliance.
- Experience in the US Staffing or IT Services industry is preferred.
