We are looking for an enthusiastic and people-oriented HR Executive to support our growing team by driving talent acquisition, employee engagement, HR operations, and organizational development.
Role Overview
The HR Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment, employee onboarding, HR administration, performance management support, employee engagement initiatives and payroll processing. The ideal candidate should have experience working in technology or product-based organizations and possess strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and ensure timely hiring.
- Publish and manage job postings across recruitment portals and social media platforms.
- Maintain employee records, HRMS, attendance, leave, and other HR documentation.
- Coordinate employee onboarding, induction, confirmation, and exit processes.
- Support payroll processing by providing accurate attendance and employee data.
- Organize employee engagement activities, training programs, and performance review cycles.
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies, labor laws, and statutory requirements.
- Prepare HR reports, recruitment dashboards, and workforce analytics for management.
- Foster a positive workplace culture by addressing employee queries and supporting organizational initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resource Management is preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in HR, preferably in an IT, SaaS, ERP, or product-based company.
Required Skills
- Strong recruitment and talent acquisition skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience with recruitment portals such as LinkedIn, Naukri, and Indeed.
- Knowledge of HR policies, employee lifecycle management, and HR operations.
- Familiarity with HRMS/ERP systems.
- Good organizational, documentation, and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
