HR & Finance Executive / Partner

We’re looking for a hands-on HR & Finance professional who can help us build and manage the systems behind a growing company.
This role sits at the intersection of people, finance, compliance and operations. We’re looking for someone who can manage the day-to-day, but also step back and ask:
“How can we make this simpler, faster and better?”
What You’ll Own
Finance & Accounts
- Manage day-to-day accounting and finance operations
- Accounts payable, receivable, expenses, invoicing and reconciliations
- Support payroll, statutory compliance and financial reporting
- Coordinate with auditors, CA and external financial partners
- Maintain accurate and timely financial records
HR & People Operations
- Employee onboarding, documentation and HR records
- Payroll coordination and attendance/leave management
- Support recruitment and employee lifecycle processes
- Manage HR policies, compliance and employee queries
- Help create a positive and transparent employee experience
Systems & Automation
- Own and improve Zoho-based HR & Finance processes
- Identify repetitive manual work and automate wherever possible
- Explore practical ways to use AI tools such as Claude to improve productivity
- Build simple processes, dashboards and workflows that reduce turnaround time
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of relevant experience across Finance, Accounts, HR or People Operations
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Zoho
- CA / Semi-CA / Finance professional preferred
- Good understanding of accounting, payroll and statutory compliance
- Comfortable working independently and taking ownership
- Strong attention to detail without losing sight of the bigger picture
- Curious about technology, automation and AI
- Hyderabad-based
