Responsibilities
- Maintain training records, attendance, certifications and learning dashboards.
- Deliver training programs.
- Track training completion and share periodic reports with stakeholders.
- Support the creation and maintenance of training content, presentations and learning materials.
- Organize employee trainings and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and learning metrics.
Skills
- 3–6 years of work experience in sales of financial products or corporate training
- CFP Clearance required.
- Background in personal finance (non-negotiable)
- Strong public speaking and facilitation skills
- Proven content writing & scripting ability for financial training material
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
