Role Description The Trainer – Dental Products (BDS) role is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. In this role, the trainer will deliver comprehensive product training to dental professionals, internal teams, and partners, focusing on the correct use, features, and benefits of Laxmi Dental’s products. Responsibilities include preparing training materials and presentations, conducting classroom and chairside training sessions, and organizing workshops, demonstrations, and webinars. The trainer will collaborate with product and sales teams to understand new offerings, gather feedback from trainees, and refine training content accordingly. The role also involves maintaining up-to-date knowledge of dental products, techniques, and industry best practices to ensure accurate and relevant training.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong product training skills, with the ability to explain dental products, orthodontic tools, and equipment clearly and confidently.
- Candidates should possess effective presentation skills to design and deliver engaging workshops, demonstrations, and structured training sessions.
- Candidates should possess analytical skills to assess training needs, evaluate trainee performance, and improve training content based on feedback and outcomes.
- Candidates should possess clear, professional communication skills for interacting with dental professionals, internal teams, and stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess training & development skills, including curriculum design, training evaluation, and continuous learning methodologies.
- BDS degree from a recognized institution; prior clinical or product training experience in dentistry is preferred.
- Strong understanding of dental procedures, instruments, and materials, with the ability to translate technical information into practical guidance.
- Comfort with using digital tools for presentations and training (e.g., MS PowerPoint, online meeting platforms) and willingness to travel for training as required.
