Job Title: Finance Trainer
Company: Finnacle Institute (Finbridge program)
Location: Mumbai
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary Range: INR 15 - 18 LPA depending on the level of responsibility the trainer will be willing to take.
About the role:
Finnacle Institute is seeking one full-time Trainer to join the Finbridge delivery team in Mumbai. This role focuses on lecture delivery and case-study facilitation across finance modules, starting with Base Modules and Financial Statement Analysis (FSA) and gradually expanding to other modules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging lectures on the base modules of the Finbridge programme (Equity Markets, Economics, Derivatives, Corporate Finance and Financial Statement Analysis.) and facilitate case-study discussions.
- Work closely with senior faculty; training and learning materials will be provided.
- Prepare, refine, and continuously improve module content and case studies.
- Begin with Base Modules and FSA, then transition into additional modules over time.
- Maintain a strong commitment to continuous learning, reading, and practical skill development.
Idea Candidate Profile:
- Professional qualification such as CA, CFA Level II (cleared or pursuing), MBA in Finance, Finbridge or Finplus graduates, or an equivalent finance credential.
- Strong interest in teaching and mentoring students.
- Adaptable, curious, and open to long-term association.
- Comfortable working in a full-time, on-site role in Mumbai.
- Committed to continuously upgrading knowledge through research, reading, and case-based learning.
