Role Description The Manager – Personal Finance Trainer is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, responsible for delivering high-quality training programs on personal finance and wealth management. This role involves designing and updating training curricula, creating learning materials and tools, and conducting interactive workshops, seminars, and one-to-one coaching sessions for clients and internal teams.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in personal finance domains, such as budgeting, saving, investing, tax planning, credit management, and retirement planning.
- Demonstrated experience in training, coaching, or education, including curriculum design, workshop facilitation, and creating engaging learning materials.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts in simple, relatable terms to diverse audiences.
- Proven people management and stakeholder engagement skills, including mentoring team members and collaborating across cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CFP, CFA level, NISM) are an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a high level of integrity and ethical judgment in financial education.
