Company Description OLL.co is a practical learning company focused on creating a billion daily active learners by going beyond traditional education. Role Description The Robotics Trainer will deliver hands-on robotics instruction to school-age learners, also prepare for the workshops conducted in the schools.
Conducting engaging sessions that cover fundamentals of robotics, practical applications, and safe operation of robotic equipment.
We have multiple full time and part time opportunities to start with.
Locations are in Mumbai accross different regions.
apart from Mumbai, we are also hiring PAN india for onboarding school and also work with established schools.
Qualifications
- Strong foundational knowledge in robotics and robot systems, with the ability to explain concepts clearly to learners.
- Prior teaching, training, or facilitation experience with students or early-career learners, ideally in STEM or robotics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a learner-centric and inclusive approach to instruction.
- Ability to work on-site in locations across Mumbai, manage classroom environments, and coordinate with school staff and colleagues.
- Relevant technical diploma or degree in robotics, mechanical/electrical engineering, mechatronics, or a related field is preferred.
- Comfort with basic programming concepts and educational technology tools used in robotics education is an advantage.
