Trainee – HR Operations

About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Trainee – HR Operations who is keen to build a career in HR and gain hands-on experience in day-to-day HR operations.
The role will provide practical exposure to HR Operations, Employee Engagement, Attendance & Leave Management, HR Reporting, Coordination, and Employee Lifecycle activities.
We are looking for someone who is eager to learn, proactive, organised, and ready to take responsibility.
Key Responsibilities
• Support day-to-day HR operations and administration.
• Assist with employee documentation, records, and onboarding activities.
• Support attendance and leave management and follow up on regularisations.
• Assist in planning and coordinating employee engagement activities and events.
• Prepare and maintain HR reports, MIS, trackers, and employee data.
• Coordinate with employees, managers, and internal teams on HR activities.
• Assist with HR meetings, training programmes, and internal initiatives.
• Support HR projects and follow up on pending HR actions.
What We’re Looking For
• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration.
• Freshers and candidates with up to 6 months of relevant experience may apply.
• Prior HR internship experience, particularly in HR Operations, is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational and coordination skills.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach.
• Genuine interest in building a long-term career in HR.
• Professional, approachable, and people-oriented attitude.
