We are for a dynamic TA partner role, combining responsibilities with a ๐๐ค๐๐ช๐จ ๐ค๐ฃ ๐๐๐ก๐๐ฃ๐ฉ ๐ผ๐๐ฆ๐ช๐๐จ๐๐ฉ๐๐ค๐ฃ (70%) ๐๐ฃ๐ ๐๐ ๐๐ฅ๐๐ง๐๐ฉ๐๐ค๐ฃ๐จ (30%).

โข End-to-end Talent Acquisition with a strong focus on technology hiring.
โข Strategic sourcing and building high-quality talent pipelines.
โข Stakeholder partnership and workforce hiring requirements.
โข Candidate experience and employer branding initiatives.
โข HR Operations and employee engagement support.
๐ผ ๐๐ญ๐ฅ๐๐ง๐๐๐ฃ๐๐: 5 to 7 Years (Minimum 3+ Years in IT Hiring).
