Role Description
The Finance Executive - Trainee is a full-time, on-site role based in Rajkot. The role involves supporting day-to-day finance operations, including assisting in the preparation and analysis of financial statements, maintaining accounting records, and helping with financial reporting activities. The trainee will support GST-related compliance, documentation, and reconciliation, as well as coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely financial data. Additional responsibilities include assisting with basic budgeting tasks, data entry, and preparing routine MIS reports under the guidance of senior finance team members.
Qualifications
- The candidates should possess a solid understanding of Finance and Financial Statements.
- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret financial data.
- He/She should possess knowledge of Financial Reporting practices and standards.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with Goods and Services Tax (GST) rules and compliance.
- Relevant academic background such as a degree or diploma in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic accounting software; attention to detail and accuracy in numerical work.
- Ability to work on-site in Rajkot, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage tasks within deadlines.
- Internship or project experience in finance or accounting will be considered an advantage.
