Job Role & Responsibilities
- Identify and monitor relevant tenders on GeM, CPPP, and other e-tender portals.
- Review tender requirements, eligibility, BOQ, and commercial terms.
- Prepare and submit technical and commercial bids within deadlines.
- Coordinate with sales, technical, finance, and management teams.
- Manage tender documentation, EMD, PBG, and related formalities.
- Track tender status, results, and post-bid requirements.
- Maintain tender records and prepare MIS reports.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline; relevant experience preferred.
- Knowledge of tendering/e-procurement portals.
- Good MS Excel and documentation skills.
- Strong communication, coordination, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under deadlines.
