Role Description The Tendering Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi, responsible for managing the end-to-end tendering process for pharmaceutical and diagnostic products. The role includes identifying relevant tenders from public and private procurement portals, analyzing tender requirements, preparing compliant documentation, and coordinating proposal submissions within strict deadlines. The Tendering Specialist will collaborate closely with sales, finance, regulatory, and supply chain teams to gather accurate technical, commercial, and legal information. Daily tasks involve drafting and reviewing tender documents, maintaining tender trackers and databases, monitoring tender outcomes, and supporting post-award activities such as contract finalization and documentation updates. The role also requires staying current with procurement regulations and market trends to help improve bid competitiveness and win rates.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Tender Management and Procurement skills, including experience with public and institutional tenders.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret tender specifications, pricing structures, and regulatory requirements.
- Candidates should possess clear and effective Communication abilities for coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess Proposal Writing skills, including drafting technical, commercial, and compliance sections for tenders.
