Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic, confident, and customer-focused Telesales Executives to join our growing team in Faridabad. This opportunity is open to both freshers and experienced professionals. Fresh graduates with excellent English communication skills and a passion for sales are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate sales opportunities.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable financial products.
- Explain product features, benefits, and eligibility criteria clearly and professionally.
- Generate and qualify leads through effective communication.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Maintain accurate customer information and interaction records in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth processing of customer applications.
- Achieve individual sales targets while adhering to company policies and compliance standards.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with prior experience in telesales, banking, financial services, insurance, BPO, or customer support will have an added advantage.
- Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasive communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with MS Office.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to build a career in sales.
