Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Telemarketer role based in Aurangabad. The Telemarketer will make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to introduce products or services, generate interest, and schedule appointments for the sales team. Daily responsibilities include presenting information clearly, answering basic customer questions, documenting call outcomes, and updating customer records in the system. The role also involves following call scripts, meeting call and conversion targets, and collaborating with colleagues to refine messaging and campaigns. The Telemarketer is expected to maintain a professional demeanor, adhere to company policies, and provide a positive customer experience during every interaction.

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills to engage professionally with diverse customers over the phone.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, address concerns, and ensure a positive caller experience.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills to identify opportunities, present offerings persuasively, and support lead generation efforts.
- Candidates should possess Appointment Scheduling skills to coordinate and confirm meetings for the sales team efficiently.
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort working with telephony systems and CRM or call-tracking tools.
- Ability to work on-site in Aurangabad, meet daily call targets, and follow structured processes and scripts.
- Prior experience in telemarketing, call centers, or sales support is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Minimum educational qualification of high school diploma or equivalent; additional training in sales or customer service is an advantage.
