We're Hiring: Telecaller / Lead Generation Executive
📍 Taloja MIDC, Navi Mumbai | Full-time, On-site

Empire Wood Packing Solutions manufactures and supplies wooden pallets, plastic pallets, crates, boxes, and ISPM-15 certified export packaging across India. Since 2018, we've served 250+ clients across logistics, pharma, FMCG, chemicals, steel, and export industries. ISO 9001:2015 certified, MSME registered, known for 48–72 hour pan-India dispatch.
What You'll Do
• Call prospective and existing customers to introduce our products
• Follow up on leads until they convert or close
• Share product and pricing information, handle basic objections
• Update and maintain lead records/CRM
• Coordinate with the sales team, schedule meetings or site visits
• Track call outcomes and report on lead conversion status
• Meet daily and weekly calling targets
What We're Looking For
• Minimum 1 year of telecalling / customer calling experience (required)
• Strong communication in Hindi and English; Marathi is a plus
• Comfortable with WhatsApp, Excel, and email
• Confident and persistent — okay following up after an initial no
• B2B or industrial product telesales experience is a bonus
• Minimum 12th pass; graduates welcome
Salary: ₹15,000–20,000/month fixed (negotiable based on experience) + incentive on every successful order closed
